The role

Are you passionate about the automotive sector and would you like to participate in key projects related to supplier quality and the monitoring of new projects within one of the most important industrial companies in the country?

At Renault Group, we are looking for students interested in carrying out their internships in the Human Resources area.

You will have the opportunity to integrate into a dynamic industrial environment, collaborating with different areas of the company and participating in activities related to quality and manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

Provide support in personnel administration procedures (absenteeism control, working hour registration, preparation of documentation)

Keep personnel databases and files up to date.

Manage the complete lifecycle of interns.

Addressing and resolving employee inquiries in coordination with the HR team.

Coordinating the onboarding of new employees and the procedures prior to their hiring.

Stakeholder Management: Human Resources Team and other departments of the company.
