About the role
At Adecco we are looking to bring on board a Call Center Technician to join an important project in the Utilities sector, providing support for the operational management and control of a Contact Center service.
What you'll do
Functions:
- Management and coordination of the Contact Center's daily activity.
- Preparation and organization of agents' activity.
- Operational control of the service and monitoring of activity.
- Management of queues, skills, and agent assignment.
- Monitoring of service indicators and KPIs.
- Resolution of queries and operational incidents.
- Creation and management of user accounts for new agents in the applications.
- Activation and monitoring of special processes, such as fault management.
- Preparation of reporting and monitoring of results.
