The role

Industrial sector company seeks a Call Center Technician to work in the Pamplona region and perform the following tasks:

- Telephone assistance - call center.

- Assessment of the inquiry or incident received.

- Checking possible solutions and issuing an alert to the local technical service if deemed necessary.

- Any possible downtime between calls will be supplemented with basic tasks: entering data into systems, or updating information and manuals.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
