Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Tourism, Hotel Management or similar degrees.
High level of English (C1) and a third language is valued.
Previous experience in a reservations center, call center or customer service in tourism environments.
Excellent communication skills, stress management, and time organization.
Proficiency in the Office suite and familiarity with booking engines, channel managers, and CRM.
Availability to work shifts and weekends.

The role

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading developer in residential tourism, we are looking for a Call Center Technician to join our team in Los Arenales del Sol . This person acts as the main point of contact between our company and our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction in every interaction.

What you'll do

Handle call center calls, as well as emails from Central Customer Service and the Reservations Center.
Manage holiday bookings through the booking engine and the channel manager, ensuring correct availability, status, and payment control.
Refer tasks and incidents to the corresponding teams (Customer Service, internal or external collaborators) following established procedures.
Monitor services provided by external collaborators, verifying compliance with contracts and work orders.
Carry out the administrative management of the After-sales and Holiday Management Department.
