About the role

A well-known educational institution is looking to add a Prospective Students Technician to its team. The selected candidate will play a key role in the recruitment and guidance of potential students, acting as an ambassador of the values and quality of the academic programs offered by the organization.

What you'll do

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide personalized attention to potential students through various communication channels, conveying the differentiating value of the academic programs and providing the necessary information to facilitate their choice.
  • Actively participate in commercial events, fairs and recruitment activities, offering guidance and resources to interested parties.

How you'll work

Schedule: Open

The working week will be 37.5 hours, with two possible schedules: one from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and another from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. approximately, to cover the needs of international markets such as LATAM. Schedule flexibility is required, especially during recruitment campaigns and events.

Essential requirements

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Higher education degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology or related fields.
  • Excellent commercial communication skills, with the ability to convey trust and adapt to different audiences.
  • C1 level of English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience using CRM platforms.
  • Schedule flexibility and availability to travel, as well as to attend events outside working hours.
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
