Requirements

What we're looking for

University education, intermediate vocational training, or higher vocational training.
Interest or training related to Human Resources.
Good communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
Driver's license and own vehicle to visit the client 2 times per week located in Carlet.

We need to hire a Recruitment Technician to work in the Carlet area (Ribera Alta), as part of one of our clients in the Food sector.

What you'll do

Your responsibility will be to manage recruitment processes, guaranteeing an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers, while ensuring the fulfillment of objectives and onboarding needs.

You will perform the posting and dissemination of job offers on different job portals.
You will carry out active candidate searching, CV screening, and telephone and face-to-face interviews.
You will maintain continuous communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire process.
You will monitor open processes and onboardings.
You will update information in internal tools and databases.
You will participate in talent attraction actions and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 18:00h. Intensive Fridays until 15h.
1 day of remote work per week.
