🔎We are looking for a brilliant Paid Media Specialist Intern to join our projects in Madrid.

• Manage and monitor social media campaigns across all platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), implementing optimizations to achieve key KPIs.

• Provide client companies with qualitative and quantitative analyses based on campaign results.

• Define, implement, and optimize processes and workflows with client company teams.

• Build a strong relationship with the client team.

• Identify client needs, problems, and opportunities, and be able to find solutions to help grow accounts.

• Provide knowledge and support to our CD team to gain experience and create strategies tailored to each region.

• Identify opportunities to provide solutions and automations (e.g., account reporting, campaign reporting, client presentations, etc.).

• You are comfortable navigating the social media ecosystem.

• You have some experience managing Paid Media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and/or Google (other global or local platforms are a plus).

• You are interested in digital advertising and passionate about new technologies, advances in tools, and development techniques.

• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data.

• You are a strategic person and goal-oriented.

• You have an international spirit, and it's a plus if you can communicate fluently in English (both spoken and written). Any other language is welcome (Russian, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic...).

• You have great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic, hands-on approach.
