🛠 Position: Works Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead a major road infrastructure project: the construction of the new northern access to the Zaragoza Logistics Platform (PLAZA), which will connect the extension of Turiaso Street with the N-II.

This is a key undertaking that includes the construction of a high-capacity roadway, structures, intersections, and the replacement of services, helping to improve connectivity and logistical efficiency in the area.

If you have experience leading linear works with structures, we want to meet you!

📋 Your responsibilities:

• Management and overall direction of the project.
• Technical, financial, and schedule planning.
• Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors.
• Cost, production, and quality control.
• Liaison with the Works Management, the client, and other stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) or equivalent qualifying qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in linear works with structures.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on at least 2 projects with a value of ≥ €4M (individual PEC).
• Experience in railway works, with participation in at least one project in the last 10 years.

🛠 Posición: Jefe/a de Obra

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad para aprender, innovar y superar retos. Estamos buscando un/a Jefe/a de Obra para liderar un importante proyecto de infraestructura viaria: la ejecución del nuevo acceso norte a la Plataforma Logística de Zaragoza (PLAZA), que conectará la prolongación de la calle Turiaso con la N-II.

Se trata de una actuación clave que incluye la construcción de un viario de alta capacidad, estructuras, intersecciones y la reposición de servicios, contribuyendo a mejorar la conectividad y la eficiencia logística de la zona.

📋 Tus responsabilidades:

• Dirección y gestión integral de la obra.
• Planificación técnica, económica y de plazos.
• Coordinación de equipos propios y subcontratas.
• Control de costes, producción y calidad.
• Relación con Dirección de Obra, cliente y resto de agentes.

🎯 Requisitos:

• Titulación en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o equivalente habilitante.
• Experiencia mínima de 10 años en obras lineales con estructuras.
• Experiencia acreditada como Jefe/a de Obra en al menos 2 proyectos de importe ≥ 4M€ (PEC individual)
• Experiencia en obras ferroviarias, con participación en al menos un proyecto en los últimos 10 años.
