The role

At Eurofirms, we are looking for a Recruitment and Training Technician for a company in the hospitality sector, to perform the following functions:

What you'll do

- Integral management of recruitment processes: posting job offers, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.

- Management of job offers through different portals and collaborating organizations.

- Document management for new hires.

- Coordination of onboarding processes and employee follow-up.

- Management of documentation related to OSH, health surveillance, and regulatory compliance.

- Coordination of medical examinations with the prevention service.

- Organization and follow-up of training actions.

- Management of training bonuses through FUNDAE.

- Preparation of reports and documentation linked to the Human Resources area.

- Administrative management of external services related to personnel.

- Control, management, and delivery of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
