Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a site manager, production manager, installations manager, or in similar technical departments, accustomed to working on-site and at client facilities.
Commercial profile: Sales and negotiation skills, with an orientation toward objectives and the customer.
High technical capacity and attention to detail, especially for measurements and site analysis.
Autonomy, proactivity, with the ability to organize your schedule and manage your area.
Availability to travel.

Nice to have

Training in Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar will be valued.

The role

From Ananda Consultoría y Personas, the premium strategic selection line of Ananda ETT, we are selecting a Technical Sales Representative to join a consolidated and rapidly growing company specializing in technical solutions for industrial and logistical environments.

We are looking for a profile with sales experience, but above all with a solid technical base and real on-site experience, who enjoys being in the field, solving technical problems, and seeing projects successfully completed.

What will your mission be?

You will be the technical and commercial reference for your clients, managing the project from start to finish: from detecting the need and the sale, to monitoring the installation on-site, always guaranteeing technical viability and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Commercial management and visits:

You will visit clients and potential clients, both at their facilities and at new construction sites, to detect needs and provide technical advice.

Lead generation will be carried out through regular clients, inbound calls, cold calling, and visits to engineering firms and construction companies.

Technical-commercial advisory:

You will propose the most suitable solution in each case, supported by your technical knowledge.

You will receive initial training and support during the first few months.

Preparation of offers and quotes:

You will prepare quotes using established templates.

The administration team will be responsible for their processing and sending them to the client.

Technical measurements on-site: You will be responsible for performing precise measurements of installation openings, detecting possible technical difficulties, and anticipating solutions.

It is essential to have a practical view of construction sites, not just a theoretical one.

Installation monitoring: Once the quote is accepted, you will go to the site to verify that everything is executed as planned, especially at the start of the installation. Administrative management, logistics, and coordination of installers are carried out from the office.
Zone management and objectives: You will be responsible for an assigned geographical area, with associated sales objectives.
