Requirements
What we're looking for
Professional with at least three years of experience in Property claims, preferably specialized in Construction/Energy claims (TRC, Construction RC, Machinery Breakdown, Erection, PB etc.).
A person with initiative, analytical capacity and accustomed to working with clients and brokers, capable of managing files autonomously and with a service orientation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property claims management; experience in Construction is highly valued.
- Knowledge of terms and conditions, guarantees and processes of the line of business.
- Ability for decision-making and problem-solving.
- Communication skills and client relations.
- Fluent use of office tools and claims management systems.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Studies related to Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar (not essential if solid experience is provided).
- High level of English.
The role
What you'll do
- Comprehensive management of Property and/or Construction claims, from opening to closing.
- Technical analysis of policies, guarantees and applicable coverages.
- Coordination with loss adjusters, repairers and other external providers.
- Fluid communication with clients, brokers and internal areas.
- Monitoring of deadlines, reserves and documentation associated with the file.
- Support in the improvement of processes and internal tools of the team.
