You will learn to lead projects from start to finish in collaboration with more senior members of the team, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, interacting with clients and advisors, and analyzing how risks and insurance programs can impact a transaction.

The position combines project management, analytical, client relationship, and international coordination skills, offering a unique opportunity to develop a cross-functional vision of business risks and the M&A market. Your work will contribute directly to the strategic decision-making of investors and companies, participating in complex, high-impact operations across various sectors.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensive project management, including planning, resource coordination, deadline monitoring, and control of deliverables.
  • Simultaneous coordination of multiple transactions across different sectors and industries.

  • Preparation of Due Diligence, including the review of information provided by the client (generally in virtual data rooms), the analysis of insurance programs (and other documentation related to the insurance program and/or the transaction), and the design of the new insurance program when required by the transaction.
  • Internal coordination through different offices and areas of specialization to obtain technical advice on the insurance program.
  • Interaction with the various advisors of a transaction, such as Investment Banks, M&A Boutiques, Big 4, and lending banks.
