What we're looking for

An experienced Account Executive with previous experience in functions related to insurance, risks, claims, etc., with a profile clearly oriented toward the client, with the ability to understand their global needs, prioritize, and coordinate solutions with different internal areas.

Must have a generalist approach, be a curious person, with ease in learning new concepts and moving fluently between diverse topics (technical, commercial, operational).

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Marketing, etc.
Demonstrable previous experience in insurance brokerage or in an insurance company providing support to national or global brokers.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Proficiency in office and management tools.

The role

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of the assigned client portfolio: continuous attention and advice, identification of needs and opportunities for improvement in their insurance programs.
Design and proposal of insurance solutions: risk analysis, review of coverages and conditions, preparation of comparisons and recommendations adapted to each client.
Management of renewals and new contracts: planning the renewal calendar, preparation of documentation, issuance of policies, and follow-up until their correct formalization.
Business development within the existing portfolio: detection of additional needs, cross-selling of products and services, and proposal of improvements in the insurance program.
