The role
We are looking to hire a Junior Property Loss Adjuster with a degree in Industrial Engineering who wants to develop their professional career in the adjusting field, with or without previous experience in industrial engineering (production plants, processes, facilities, machinery, energy, or maintenance), for the assessment, analysis, and management of complex industrial and business losses. We especially value attitude, the ability to learn, and customer orientation; previous experience in the insurance sector is not required, as technical and insurance training is provided internally.
What you'll do

- Participate in meetings with clients to explain conclusions and recommendations, accompanying the adjuster responsible for the file until progressively assuming that role.
- Contribute to business development: identify opportunities with clients and brokers in the industrial sector, support the preparation of proposals, and build client loyalty.
Career growth
- Defined career path: from junior adjuster to adjuster responsible for own files and, subsequently, to a technical reference in a specialty (fire and explosion, machinery, energy, construction, or cyber).
- Progressive participation in relationships with clients and brokers and in business development.
- Possibility of participating in large-scale complex losses and in international projects within the Aon network.
- Stable incorporation into a multidisciplinary technical team and into the leading loss adjusting firm in the national market.
