At Atenzia, a leading company in the socio-sanitary field specializing in telecare services, we are looking to hire a Telecare Supervisor, who will be the person responsible for coordinating the team of the assigned area and shift, organizing the work and managing people to ensure their proper assignment, training, and motivation, thereby guaranteeing the fulfillment of the service objectives.

Among other functions, the selected person will be responsible for:

- Collaborating in the planning, organization, and supervision of the team's work during the assigned shift.

- Team management, guaranteeing the proper assignment of positions, as well as their training and development.

- Supervision of the correct and agile handling of calls and alarms, ensuring appropriate treatment of the users.

- Guaranteeing the immediate activation of necessary resources in emergency situations.

- Coordination with the Operations area for the proper functioning of the service.

- Collaborating in the preparation of reports and monitoring of activity.

- Supervision of the correct technical functioning of the system.

- Transmission of the organization's values and culture to the team and to the users.

- Delivery of labor documentation to the team (contracts, payslips, communications, etc.).
