What we're looking for

We are looking for people with great listening skills, empathy, and communication abilities, capable of staying calm and offering close and resolute attention.

Essential

Fluency in communicating in Valencian, as you will be assisting users in this language.

Good oral communication and the ability to express oneself clearly.

Regular use of computers and proficiency in using IT tools.

Ability to listen, consult information, and register data during a call.

High School diploma, Vocational Training/Higher Degree, or training related to the socio-sanitary field.

Previous experience in teleassistance, telephone assistance, social services, customer service, or care for people.

Strong English proficiency is valued.

Previous experience in teleassistance is not essential. If you have good communication skills, handle IT tools with ease, speak Valencian, and are motivated to work helping people, we want to meet you.

The role

Are you looking for an AFTERNOON job? Do you like helping people and are you looking for a job with social impact?

We are looking to hire Teleassistance Operators in Valencia to be part of an essential service providing care and companionship to people.

Your job will be much more than answering calls: you will be the person who listens, reassures, and provides answers when a user needs help.

What you'll do

Attend to alarms and calls received from the service's teleassistance users.

Listen, identify each need, and offer a clear, close, and professional response.

Mobilize the necessary resources when the situation requires it, following established protocols.

Perform scheduled follow-up and companionship calls to users.

Perform the administrative tasks associated with the service using different IT tools.

How you'll work

We offer different possibilities for working days and schedules, so we will take your availability into account to assess which option may suit you best.

- Part-time or full-time employment

Afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.

Schedules and the distribution of the working day may vary depending on the needs of the service and the vacancies available at any given time. During the selection process, we will also analyze your availability to assess the existing options.
