The role

We are looking for a Business Manager with a track record in the sale of consulting services to join ATEXIS in Madrid or Barcelona (other locations may be considered). The position will play a key role in the expansion of our energy sector activities, driving the development of strategic accounts and the generation of new business opportunities.

What you'll do

As Business Manager, you will lead the company's expansion in the energy sector with a 360º approach.

Business Development: Acquisition of key accounts, active prospecting, and positioning ATEXIS at strategic events.
Offer Management: Leadership of the complete sales cycle, from detecting the need and budgeting to the final negotiation.
Control and Monitoring: Supervision of profitability, monitoring of invoicing, and management of deviations with project managers.
Evolution and Team: Collaboration in the selection of new technical profiles to, in a second phase, coordinate and manage your own structure of consultants.
