Senior Strategy and Operations Manager – Energy Sector

We are looking to recruit a Senior Manager to join our company, who meets the following requirements and wishes to continue their professional development in the consulting world, in a collaborative environment with a career plan offering rapid growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Structuring and executing analyses
• Preparing and presenting results
• Managing teams and clients
• Identifying business opportunities
• Developing knowledge
• Corporate transactions: managing buy/sell processes, commercial due diligence, identifying opportunities, etc.
• Regulatory analysis
• Developing strategic and business plans
• Defining operating models and supporting their implementation
• Operational efficiency improvement programs

Experience: 7+ years in consulting

• Professional experience of more than 7 years, with at least 3 in business consulting or a role with similar functions, including project and team management.
• General knowledge of the energy sector and detailed knowledge of at least one of its segments: gas, electricity, oil, etc.
• University degree and advanced level of English. Other languages will be valued. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High-level communication and client interaction skills.
• Proactivity and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Estructuración y ejecución de análisis

• Análisis regulatorio

• Definición de modelos operativos y soporte en su implantación
• Programas de mejora de eficiencia operativa

Experiencia: 7 años en consultoría 

• Experiencia profesional de más de 7 años, al menos 3 en consultoría de negocio o puesto con funciones similares, incluyendo la gestión de proyectos y equipos.
• Conocimiento general del sector energético y detallado en alguno de sus segmentos: gas, electricidad, petróleo, etc.
• Formación universitaria y nivel de inglés alto. Se valorarán otros idiomas. 
• Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad de comunicación e interlocución con clientes de alto nivel.
• Proactividad e inquietud por la mejora continua.
