The role

What you'll do

Prepares and reports incident reports.

Provides telephone and in-person customer service at the information desk, lobby, and station platforms, or in any other area.

Notifies the immediate supervisor (Station Manager) and Security Control of any issues that may arise at the station.

Controls entry and exit of the service and makes announcements over the public address system regarding them.

Carries out counting and sampling of passengers and departures.

Maintains control of vehicle entries and exits at the parking lot and prepares reports on available spaces.

Monitors the operation of the car wash tunnel and incidents, and ensures the supply of water and soap for washing windows.

Handles the sale of car wash tickets.

Is responsible for starting up the wash program and auxiliary tasks at the car wash (e.g., cleaning front and rear windows, emptying bins).

Cleans the car wash tunnel, removing all types of dirt and organic residue to ensure its proper operation.

Notifies the immediate supervisor of any type of incident occurring in the car wash tunnel.

Participates in the collection process for lockers together with the responsible company.

Manages the parcel service: invoicing, delivery, and receipt.
