The role

At AWWG, we are looking for a fashion-passionate Sales Consultant to join the new Hackett London, ECI Serrano team. You will be a key piece in offering a memorable customer experience, conveying the essence of the brand, and contributing to the achievement of the store's commercial objectives.

What you'll do

Offer excellent, close, and personalized customer service.
Create a memorable shopping experience, reflecting the values and identity of the brand.
Achieve the store's sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain order, image, and correct product replenishment in store.
Manage operational tasks such as inventories, stock control, cash register, and daily reports.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the point of sale.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

What we are looking for

At least 2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
Commercial mindset and ability to work in a team.
English and other languages will be valued.
Curiosity to learn and develop new skills.
