If you have experience in inside sales, you enjoy customer interaction, and you stand out for your communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills, this could be your opportunity!

Approximately 5 years of experience in inside sales, Inside Sales, or similar commercial positions.
Demonstrable experience in customer acquisition, negotiation, and closing sales by telephone.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer orientation skills.
A proactive, resourceful, organized person with a strong commercial attitude.
Ability to work towards objectives, manage a high volume of activity, and maintain commercial consistency.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in consultative selling, marketing of specialized products, or B2B environments.

We collaborate with a consolidated company, specialized in the marketing and distribution of products for the pet sector, with a recognized and constantly growing track record, which is looking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist - Inside Sales to reinforce its sales team.

You will be part of the sales department, being responsible for the management and development of commercial relationships through the telephone channel, combining the acquisition of business opportunities with professional and high-quality customer service.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized person with initiative, who enjoys selling, knows how to build trust, and has the ability to convert opportunities into sales.

What you'll do

Make commercial calls to present products, detect needs, and generate new sales opportunities.
Manage and develop the client portfolio, offering personalized and high-quality service.
Identify commercial opportunities and apply argumentation, negotiation, and sales closing techniques.
Follow up on contacts and opportunities to boost conversion and customer loyalty.
Organize daily commercial activity, managing a high volume of calls and working towards objectives.
Keep commercial information up to date and collaborate with the team to drive department results.
