Java Software Engineer

MISSION Ensure the delivery of all projects related to the contracting and renewal of policies across AXA's various insurance lines, from the creation of new products and pricing to policy issuance. Participate in the evolution of the product following the roadmap defined by AXA, integrating innovative technologies, especially AI, to improve development productivity and optimize processes at runtime. MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business requirements, both technical and functional, to define solutions aligned with the area's needs. Develop robust, scalable solutions in line with the SISnet architecture, maintaining and evolving the core insurance modules (Issuance, Billing). Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support the deployment of developed solutions. Clearly document all developments and integrations, facilitating their maintenance and future evolution. Propose technical improvements and optimizations to existing processes, seeking efficiency and quality in deliverables. Collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for systems, ensuring their availability and performance. Manage API integrations, batch processes, and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, OpenShift), ensuring their correct operation. Participate in AI and GenAI projects to enhance innovative solutions within the core insurance business. KNOWLEDGE Microservices architectures. Java + Spring, especially Spring Boot (minimum 5 years of experience). REST JSON services and API knowledge. Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). AI tools and solutions (GenAI). Cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon, OpenShift. Interfaces and batch processes. Functional knowledge of the Motor, Health, Corporate, and Life insurance lines. Valuable: SISnet, other languages (NodeJS, .NET, Python), middleware (AMQ, Kafka). SOFT SKILLS Analytical and problem-solving skills. MISIÓN Asegurar el delivery de todos los proyectos relacionados con la contratación y renovación de pólizas en los distintos ramos aseguradores de AXA, desde la creación de nuevos productos y tarificaciones hasta la emisión de pólizas. Participar en la evolución del producto siguiendo el roadmap definido por AXA, integrando tecnologías innovadoras, especialmente IA, para mejorar la productividad en desarrollo y optimizar los procesos en tiempo de ejecución. PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES / RESPONSABILIDADES Analizar los requerimientos del negocio, tanto en aspectos técnicos como funcionales, para definir soluciones alineadas con las necesidades del área. Desarrollar soluciones robustas, escalables y en línea con la arquitectura SISnet, manteniendo y evolucionando los módulos del core de seguros (Emisión, Gestión). Realizar pruebas unitarias, revisiones de código y apoyar en los despliegues de las soluciones desarrolladas. Documentar de forma clara todos los desarrollos e integraciones, facilitando su mantenimiento y futuras evoluciones. Proponer mejoras técnicas y optimizaciones de procesos existentes, buscando eficiencia y calidad en los entregables. Colaborar en tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas, garantizando su disponibilidad y rendimiento. Gestionar integraciones de APIs, procesos batch y soluciones en cloud (Azure, AWS, OpenShift), asegurando su correcto funcionamiento. Participar en proyectos de IA y GenAI para potenciar soluciones innovadoras en el core asegurador. CONOCIMIENTOS Arquitecturas de microservicios. Java + Spring, especialmente Spring Boot (mínimo 5 años de experiencia). Servicios REST JSON y conocimiento en APIs. Bases de datos relacionales (Oracle, PostgreSQL) y no relacionales (MongoDB). Herramientas y soluciones de IA (GenAI). Tecnologías en cloud: Azure, Amazon, OpenShift. Interfaces y procesos batch. Conocimientos funcionales en los ramos de Motor, Salud, Empresas y Vida. Valorables: SISnet, otros lenguajes (NodeJS,.NET, Python), middleware (AMQ, Kafka). SOFT SKILLS Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
