Requirements

  • Technical Architecture, Degree in Building Engineering, or similar education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in execution, management, and coordination of construction works.
  • Experience in managing and directing construction execution, especially in renovations, offices, retail, corporate buildings, industrial facilities, or operational assets.
  • High level of planning and economic control, including measurements, budgets, comparisons, certifications, and deviations.
  • Experience in tendering and contracting of works and services.
