🔎 We are opening a position as a Crew Management Technician for our workplace in Dénia, and we want you to be part of our team!

• Schedule and supervise crew embarkations and disembarkations to ensure the correct operation of the vessels.
• Coordinate and monitor the activity of external recruitment agencies, ensuring that embarkations are carried out at the right time, in the right number, and with the right qualifications.
• Identify the training and mandatory certification needs of the crews, coordinating the necessary actions to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage embarkation orders, organizing the travel, trips, and accommodation of crews based on the needs of each vessel.
• Supervise and control crew accommodation, both in company-owned facilities and in rented facilities, coordinating with the different branch offices.
• Maintain fluid communication with the vessels and crews to effectively coordinate operations related to personnel management.
• Monitor the needs of the crews on the different routes and anticipate potential issues that could affect operations.
• Coordinate with the different internal and external teams involved in crew management to ensure a swift and efficient response.
• Guarantee close, high-quality attention to the crews, resolving their needs and issues related to their embarkations, travel, and accommodation.

• Previous experience in crew management, maritime operations, recruitment agencies, or positions related to the coordination of people and operations will be valued.
• An organized, resourceful person with planning and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude, especially when dealing with crews.
• Advanced level of English, as contact with international crews will be frequent.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office / Office Suite.
• Residence in Dénia or availability to relocate to the area.
