Job mission and functions

Commercial Administrative Assistant, whose activity consists of customer service at the cashier position, within the network of offices and/or company centers of the bank.

What you'll do

Duties

Support and collaborate with the Deputy Branch Manager in the administrative management carried out at the center.
Guarantee, within the scope of the office, administrative coverage and the smooth functioning of client operations, including those generated at the cashier, with the organization's standard quality levels.
Apply the general accounting and administrative criteria defined by the bank.
Making calls to customers for follow-up and to arrange interviews with their commercial tutor.
