The role
For a growing business group operating in the premium tourism sector, wealth management, and services linked to high-value real estate assets, we are selecting a Chief Financial Officer.

What you'll do
Overall management of finance, accounting, treasury, and management control.
Implementation and consolidation of budgetary control and reporting systems.
Ensuring the reliability and traceability of financial data.
Supervision of accounting, tax, and commercial law compliance.
Treasury and cash flow planning and management.
Direct relationship with financial institutions.
Tax coordination in collaboration with external advisors.
Main point of contact with auditors and legal advisors.
Preparation of audits and due diligence processes.
Requirements:
Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
Previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer or equivalent position (ideally in a holding, asset-owning company, family office, or investment environment).
More than 6-10 years in business environments with growth and complexity.
Experience in investment analysis and financial modeling.
Conceptual knowledge of financial markets, trading, or crypto assets.
Teaching ability.
Solid knowledge of:
- Accounting and finance
- Management control
- Treasury
- Corporate taxation
- Holding structures and asset-owning companies
- Experience in dealing with banks, auditors, and external advisors.
- Proven team leadership ability.
