Workplace Systems Administrator (MDM, Okta)

We are looking for an Administrator with experience in Okta and MDM to join one of our teams in Madrid on a temporary basis until the end of the year. As a Modern Workplace Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

• Okta Management and Administration:
• Implement, configure, and maintain the Okta platform for identity and access management (IAM).
• Manage the user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and permission modifications.
• Configure and optimize access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).
• Oversee the security of the Okta platform, responding to incidents and conducting periodic audits.
• Integrate third-party applications with Okta to centralize access management.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of identity-based security strategies.
• MDM (Mobile Device Management) Solution Administration:
• Implement, configure, and administer MDM solutions for managing mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
• Develop and apply security policies for devices, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Manage the deployment of applications, configurations, and updates on devices.
• Perform inventory and tracking of managed devices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to device connectivity, configuration, and security.
• Ensure the protection of sensitive data on corporate devices.
• Modern Workplace Environment Management (Workplace One):
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of digital work environments.
• Collaborate on the selection and implementation of tools and technologies that improve productivity and collaboration.
• Participate in digital transformation projects and modernization of the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure seamless integration between Okta, MDM, and other workplace ecosystem tools.
• Support and Incident Resolution:
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for incidents related to identity management, access, and devices.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Document solutions and procedures for the internal knowledge base.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in identity management, security, and modern workplace administration.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and tools.

• Okta Administration
• MDM Administration. We work with Workspace ONE, although solid experience with other MDM solutions could also be a fit
• Google Workspace and Gmail Administration
• Management of integrations and technical tasks
• Support for the Security team with their technical requests
• Support in audits and evidence collection
• Ticket management and resolution
• Escalations and operational support when necessary
• Good conversational English level.
