Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree or Master's in Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial project planning and control.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and an advanced level of Excel.
Experience in the management and monitoring of CAPEX projects.
English level B2 or higher.
Knowledge of regulated industrial environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or Oil & Gas sectors.
Ability to analyze deviations, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
Communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
Availability to work in a hybrid modality in Barcelona or Madrid.

At BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, the Industrial Installations division of the BETWEEN Technology Group, we continue to grow and expand our team, betting on the best talent.

We get involved in a wide variety of projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are selecting a Senior Pharmaceutical Project Planner to join a long-term project within the pharmaceutical sector in Madrid. The selected person will be responsible for the planning and monitoring of CAPEX projects, developing schedules, analyzing deviations, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the various teams involved in project execution. A hybrid modality and participation in high-impact pharmaceutical engineering projects are offered.

What you'll do

Prepare and maintain project planning using Primavera P6, defining schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
Monitor project progress, identifying schedule deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Coordinate planning with the various engineering, production, quality, and construction teams.
Analyze workloads and resource needs to ensure efficient project execution.
Participate in progress meetings, facilitating communication between the different areas involved.
Supervise compliance with planning objectives and key project milestones.
Prepare reports and dashboards for monitoring project status.
Detect risks and potential impacts on planning, proposing mitigation measures.
Collaborate in the management of CAPEX project portfolios within regulated industrial environments.
