What you'll do

In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical engineering for improvement and development projects in the cosmetics industry. Your main focus will be managing packaging lines, ensuring their efficiency and optimization. We are looking for a professional with a continuous improvement mindset and proven experience in the brewing sector, which will provide you with a valuable perspective for optimizing production processes.

Design and development of mechanical engineering solutions for production process improvement and optimization projects.
Comprehensive management of packaging lines, from conceptualization to implementation and commissioning.
Analysis and diagnosis of problems in production equipment and lines, proposing effective solutions.
Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, maintenance) to ensure the integration and success of projects.
Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Preparation of technical documentation, reports and equipment specifications.
Supervision and monitoring of project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
Evaluation and selection of technologies and suppliers for the acquisition of new equipment or the improvement of existing ones.
Contribution to the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones from a mechanical and manufacturing perspective.
