What you'll do

Support for the Department of hours: high, low, review and claim of hours.
Review Office's: inventory and purchase of office supplies and other inputs.
Ensure the proper functioning of the common space of the offices.
Management of parking tickets.
Reception and delivery of computer material for workers and packages in general.

Requirements

Training in a training cycle or courses related to administrative areas.
Experience of at least one year in receptionist duties.
Switchboard, printers, scanners, etc. experience highly valued.
Languages: Native Spanish and Catalan. Intermediate English level highly valued.
Soft Skills: Orientation towards people, empathy, planning, and organization.
Availability: from 8am to 5pm, in person, Monday to Thursday, and from 8am to 2pm on Fridays.
