We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join one of our teams in Stuttgart.

If you have solid experience in the electrical sector, are passionate about project supervision, and have in-depth knowledge of current regulations, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team.

• Contractor Supervision: Lead and supervise engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors in all project phases, ensuring that work aligns with technical specifications and established deadlines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all on-site activities strictly comply with applicable local and international electrical regulations, as well as internal company safety and quality policies.
• Quality Management: Implement and oversee quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to verify excellence in the installation and operation of electrical systems.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress on site, identifying potential deviations and proactively proposing corrective solutions to minimize risks and delays.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to resolve technical queries, review documentation, and approve changes in design or execution.
• Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with electrical operations, implementing preventive measures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, installation quality, regulatory compliance, and any relevant incidents.
• Communication: Maintain fluent and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and suppliers.

Project duration of 2 years. Accommodation, transportation, and per diems will be added to the salary.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience of at least 7 years in supervising combined cycle projects.
• Solid knowledge of international electrical regulations.
• Previous experience supervising EPC contractors.
• English level B2.
