Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training in Electronics, Electricity, Electronic Maintenance, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or similar.
Recent and practical experience performing manual tin soldering.
Experience soldering electronic components, PCBs, cables, or connectors.
Experience in wiring manufacturing, terminal crimping, and connector assembly.
Experience in the assembly and integration of complete electronic or electromechanical equipment.
Regular handling of manual assembly tools.
Ability to interpret drawings, diagrams, and technical instructions.
Experience performing electrical checks and functional tests.
Availability to work on-site in San Sebastián de los Reyes from 7:00 to 15:00.
Availability for immediate incorporation.

Nice to have

We especially value

Experience in drones, aeronautics, defense, automotive, railway, or industrial electronics.
Experience with circular or military-specification connectors.
PCB repair or rework.
SMD and THT soldering.
Knowledge of IPC regulations or electronic quality standards.

The role

At BETWEEN Technology, we are selecting an electronic/electromechanical assembly and integration technician to join a technological project in the defense sector, working on-site in San Sebastián de los Reyes.

You will participate in the complete manufacturing and integration of unmanned aircraft used as aerial targets for the training and validation of defense systems.

We are looking for a versatile person, with practical experience in manual tin soldering, wiring manufacturing, and the integration of electronic and electromechanical equipment.

What you'll do

Assembly and integration of electronic, electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical equipment.
Integration of components, equipment, and wiring onto fiber structures.
Manufacturing and modification of wire harnesses.
Measuring, cutting, stripping, and preparation of wiring.
Crimping of terminals and assembly of industrial and circular connectors.
Manual tin soldering of components, PCBs, cables, and connectors.
Simple electronic repairs and rework.
Mechanical assembly using screws, drilling, riveting, and hand tools.
Installation, routing, fixing, and identification of wiring.
Interpretation of electrical drawings, diagrams, instructions, and assembly procedures.
Performing functional tests, continuity checks, consumption, and voltage drops.
Handling of multimeters, power supplies, and other basic measurement equipment.
Completion of production and quality records.
Work in serial manufacturing, following established times and procedures.
