What you'll do

In this context, we offer a People Specialist position (Madrid / Barcelona) whose mission within the Nedgia People Unit, located within the Resources Directorate, is to be responsible for implementing People management policies in the areas of Talent, Training, Employee Experience, Compensation, and Labor Relations for the Company.

The challenges of your day-to-day will be oriented towards

Participating in the analytics and monitoring of economic processes linked to personnel expenditure.
Participating in the monitoring of workforce data and employee experience.
Being part of the unit's cross-functional projects.
