Aftersales Service Advisor - Automotive

• Minimum education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Administration, Sales, Commerce, or similar fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing functions related to the position. Experience in sales and customer service will be valued

• Sales-oriented profile, dynamic, outgoing person, and stress tolerance.

• Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and database management.

• Organized with the ability to learn.

• Knowledge of mechanics will be valued.

• Valid driver's license (B)

• Customer service and technical advisory for the work to be carried out.

• Offering and contributing to the average ticket with our products and atypical services.

• Coordination with the rest of the after-sales areas to offer an excellent global service, boosting the marketing of the different products and services in the after-sales area.

• Carrying out follow-up on the work to be done in a timely manner.

• Warranty processing.

• Receiving invoices and explaining them to the customer.

• Opening work orders (WOs).

• Vehicle inspection and delivery, verifying it works correctly and following up on it.

• Management and scheduling of workshop appointments.
