Expert in legal matters who advises the entity to ensure compliance with current regulations at all times and to resolve issues that may arise in different areas (commercial, labor, procedural, etc.) and avoid sanctions. The legal advisor may intervene in negotiation processes, advise on procurement, draft contracts, provide policy advice, etc.
The Regulation, Wealth Management and Product Governance Directorate, within the Legal Advisory Area, among other aspects, advises on Transparency in the marketing of financial services/instruments and digital assets, providing support primarily to central business teams (CaixaBank Wealth Management and, to a lesser extent, Retail Banking), Market Operations Services, Systems, etc., as well as to Group companies and Branches. We also coordinate with CaixaBank Asset Management and VidaCaixa the marketing activity of their products.
