• Proven experience in managing complex projects related to Accounting, Finance, or Process Transformation.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial, and management control processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technological solutions.
• Experience in traditional and agile project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments with multiple stakeholders.

The mission of the department is to drive the transformation of business processes through the definition and execution of strategic projects that guarantee technological evolution, operational efficiency, the quality of financial information, and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.

The projects you will undertake in this position are:

• End-to-end leadership of accounting and financial transformation projects.
• Coordination between the Accounting, Finance, Business, Architecture, and Technology areas for the definition and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Management of projects related to the evolution of accounting models, financial processes, and corporate systems.
• Identification, analysis, and monitoring of risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Preparation of business cases, budget monitoring, and milestone control.
