At Candee, we are managing this position of Junior Key Account Manager (eRetail) with native or very high-level Italian for Naturitas.

What you'll do

You will join as a KAM in the Marketplace team. You will enter at an especially exciting moment, as this role is created to build a new line of business within the organization in different markets (including the Italian one).

Your mission will be to identify, open, and develop commercial relationships with online pharmacies and other strategic eRetail channels, driving the presence and growth of Naturitas products in new digital points of sale.

Among your main functions will be:

Identify, capture, and develop commercial relationships with Online Pharmacies and other strategic eRetailers , opening new business opportunities for Naturitas.
Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, defining collaboration conditions, margins, promotions, visibility, and joint growth plans.
Coordinate with different departments such as marketing for promotional campaigns or activations, or operations for correct stock planning, all with the aim of achieving the correct development of the accounts.
Monitor the performance of accounts through the analysis of KPIs and relevant metrics.
Prepare periodic reports to help make better decisions and optimize results.
