SAP SD Senior Consultant in Madrid

We are looking for an Expert Business Analyst for the Sales and Logistics area, with experience in SAP environments and solid functional knowledge of the SAP SD module, capable of acting as a connection point between business areas, IT, and the teams responsible for the evolution and support of solutions.

The profile must combine functional knowledge and business vision, with a high capacity for communication and user orientation, understanding business processes and needs beyond the system itself.

Preferably located in Madrid.

Main responsibilities

Maintain close and fluid communication with the Sales and Logistics areas, understanding their processes, priorities, needs, and issues.
Collect, analyze, and structure business requirements, helping to concretize and translate them into functional needs.
Provide functional knowledge of SAP SD, especially in processes related to sales, orders, deliveries, shipments, invoicing, and their integration with logistics processes.
Work together with functional and technical teams to analyze alternatives and define the most suitable solution for the needs raised by the business.
Coordinate and monitor initiatives from the identification of the need to its implementation, ensuring alignment between Business, IT, and the execution teams.
Accompany the business during the definition, validation, and rollout of solutions, facilitating the adoption of changes.
Help anticipate impacts, dependencies, and risks derived from new requirements or evolutions.
Contribute to a relationship of trust with the business, providing proactivity, communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach.

Knowledge and experience

Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or equivalent profile in Sales and/or Logistics areas.
Good functional knowledge of SAP SD and its main business processes.
Experience working in organizations with communication between Business, IT, and providers/service teams.
Knowledge of industrial processes and environments in Chemistry, Energy, or Manufacturing will be especially valued.
A good level of English is valuable, especially for working in international environments.
Experience working with offshore teams is valuable, being able to structure requirements, coordinate activities, and facilitate communication between distributed teams.
