Your responsibilities will include:

📞 Providing support to intermediaries by phone and email.

🤝 Managing and following up on incidents and complaints, collaborating with different areas of the company to offer the best possible experience.

🚀 Supporting the commercial team, responding to internal requests, and helping manage opportunities.

📝 Recording and tracking interactions in corporate tools.

📊 Helping with administrative tasks, preparing reports, and monitoring key indicators.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to start their professional development.

✔ If you are in the final years of a university degree or master's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

✔ If you can sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.

✔ If you are available to do the internship from Monday to Thursday in the afternoon (from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM).

✔ If you enjoy communicating with people, working in a team, and helping find solutions.

✔ If you have initiative, curiosity, and a desire to take on new challenges.

Entre otras funciones, participarás en:

📞 Atención y soporte a mediadores a través de teléfono y correo electrónico.

🤝 Gestión y seguimiento de incidencias y reclamaciones, colaborando con diferentes áreas de la compañía para ofrecer la mejor experiencia posible.

🚀 Apoyo al equipo comercial, dando respuesta a solicitudes internas y contribuyendo a la gestión de oportunidades.

📝 Registro y seguimiento de interacciones en las herramientas corporativas.

📊 Colaboración en tareas administrativas, elaboración de reportes y seguimiento de indicadores.

Buscamos a alguien con actitud, ganas de aprender y motivación por iniciar su desarrollo profesional.

✔ Estás cursando los últimos años de un grado universitario o máster en ADE, Marketing, Comunicación o áreas similares.

✔ Puedes firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios.

✔ Tienes disponibilidad para realizar prácticas de lunes a jueves en horario de tardes (de 14h a 18h).

✔ Te gusta comunicarte con las personas, trabajar en equipo y ayudar a encontrar soluciones.

✔ Tienes iniciativa, curiosidad y ganas de asumir nuevos retos.
