The role
From Catenon, we are looking for a Global Project Manager for our client in the Hospitality sector, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising Construction projects internationally, ensuring their proper execution within time, budget, and quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
• Planning and monitoring of projects, from their definition to final delivery.
• Management of contracts, budgets, payments, and reporting.
• Supervision of progress and quality control in accordance with technical specifications and regulations.
• Analysis of deviations, implementation of corrective actions, and proposal of process improvements.
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar project management.
• Advanced English is highly valued.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.
