What we're looking for

Essential requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the Back Office department of an electricity retailer or a specialized provider in the sector.
Real and demonstrable experience in managing the electrical ATR cycle (contracting processes, changes of supplier, power and access tariffs, metering, billing, and claims).

Desirable requirements:

Previous experience in team coordination or assuming technical reference roles.
Experience in the management and supervision of external providers.
Familiarity with the use of CRM, ERP tools, or specific energy management and billing systems.

The role

We are looking to hire a Senior Back Office Manager to lead and consolidate the operations of our electricity area. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your main mission will be to ensure excellence in the management of the operational cycle, acting as a technical reference and coordinating the Back Office team. You will participate actively in the professionalization of processes, the optimization of documentation, and continuous improvement, accompanying the growth of our client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for autonomous professionals, with an analytical mindset and a vocation for service, who wish to assume a high-visibility and high-responsibility role in a company in full expansion.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the daily work of the Back Office team, acting as the technical reference for the area.
Comprehensively manage the electricity operational cycle, covering everything from contracting to billing and incident resolution.
Coordinate and monitor outsourced services and external providers to guarantee quality standards.
Prepare control, reporting, and compliance reports oriented towards strategic decision-making.
Provide operational and transversal support to the sales and tendering areas.
Ensure compliance with the normative and regulatory processes of the energy sector.
