The role
We are looking for a Business Performance Manager to join a consolidated company in the consumer goods sector.
The selected person will be responsible for driving data analysis and the generation of business information to facilitate strategic and operational decision-making, identifying opportunities for improvement and performance optimization.
Work modality: On-site, no remote work policy.
What you'll do
- Lead business data analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement in the company's performance.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key business KPIs, ensuring continuous tracking of results and the evolution of key indicators.
- Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and reporting tools that facilitate data interpretation and decision-making.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights, preparing recommendations that contribute to improving operational efficiency and business results.
- Identify deviations from established objectives, analyze their causes, and propose corrective measures and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the different areas of the organization to understand their information needs and provide analysis tailored to their business priorities.
- Drive the continuous improvement of analysis and reporting processes, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.
