The role
Schedule, accompany, and monitor compliance with the obligations of the Reception Program, in order to enhance the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of the Program's beneficiaries, reporting directly to the Territorial Manager of the Delegation.
What you'll do
- Schedule execution, monitoring, and evaluation actions for the itineraries of the hosted persons and supervise referrals to CEAR services following the guidelines given by the Territorial Manager of the area.
- Plan and develop the implementation of group workshops together with the team of intervention technicians of the center.
- Perform the monitoring and management of the center's staff, as well as the interns and volunteers assigned to the center.
- Guide the team on the implementation of management manuals and procedures, as well as internal action and intervention protocols.

- Ensure compliance with the intervention criteria set by the organization and the Program.
- Supervise the coexistence of the hosted persons, both regarding conflict mediation and, ensuring the functioning of the center, by promoting measures that foster an adequate climate in coexistence and the participation of the users (facilitation of assemblies, suggestion boxes, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with the regulations of the centers and facilities, as well as the application of Occupational Risk Prevention and Health and Safety regulations.
- Promote and establish relationships with the social resources of the area (city councils, neighborhood associations, social, educational, health services, etc.).
