The role

ConfiARTE is selecting for an important industrial company specializing in steel solutions for construction a Site Manager with proven experience in steel reinforcement, corrugated steel assembly, and team coordination on site.

This is a stable position within a solid company with a national presence and relevant projects in the construction sector.

What you'll do

Main duties

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of steel reinforcement work on the assigned sites, ensuring planning, assembly quality, and compliance with deadlines.

Organize and supervise reinforcement steel assembly work on site.
Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and contracting companies.
Review plans, technical documentation, and assembly needs together with the technical office.
Plan material deliveries and control their correct receipt and use on site.
Perform measurements, certifications, and performance monitoring.
Control costs, detect deviations, and propose corrective measures.
Guarantee compliance with health and safety plans.
Coordinate with assembly managers, workshops, logistics, prevention, clients, and suppliers.
Report incidents, progress, and site needs.

The position requires travel to different construction projects within the assigned area, as described in the job description for Site Manager, with responsibility over several projects, teams, contractors, and tons of production/assembly.
