HR Advisor

• Previous experience in a generalist Human Resources role.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage different priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and orientation toward the internal customer.
• Experience with HR tools and time management systems.
• Advanced level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for an HR Advisor to become the local Human Resources point of reference in Spain, supporting both employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.

As HR Advisor, you will be the main Human Resources point of contact for our business in Spain. You will work in close collaboration with employees and managers, providing advice and support in areas such as personnel administration, labor relations, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the European Human Resources team on projects and initiatives that will contribute to the growth and success of the business.
