The role

Provide support in the tasks and projects of the Barcelona office Recruitment team

What you'll do

DUTIES

Support in the department's administrative tasks:

Registering candidates in SAP
Managing the recruitment mailbox
Assisting with managing candidates during the forum period
Posting job advertisements on the different channels
Screening potential resumes
Conducting telephone interviews
Coordinating and conducting tests (such as psychometrics and English proficiency)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Currently studying toward a degree in law, business administration and management, or psychology
Currently studying toward a specific master's degree in human resources is advantageous
Intermediate level of English (B2)
