The person joining will provide support with payroll management, therefore they must have at least two years of experience in this role. Additionally, they will collaborate on all types of administrative functions within the labor area (contracts, registrations, terminations, transactions with the SEPE and other public bodies…).
What you'll do
Their main duties will be:
-Payroll and social security management.
-Communications with SEPE, INSS, MUTUA, PREVENTION SERVICE.
-Administrative processing of files before different Administrations and other bodies.
-Processing of sick leave (IT) reports, without leave, etc.
-Labor and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) filing and document management.
-Database updates.
-Preparation of reports.
-Administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
-University degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Business Administration (ADE), Law, or similar (a Master's or other specialization in Labor Relations/HR/Labor Law is valued).
-At least 3 years of experience in administrative Human Resources management (especially in payroll and social security management).
-Experience in Milena software will be especially valued.
-High level of Excel.
-Delt@, Contrat@, Certific@.
-High level of English and/or French is valued.
-Ability to work in a team but also autonomously.
-Organized, proactive person with the ability to work under pressure.
