Purchasing Technician - Planning and Processes

• A university degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in consulting, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related functions involving data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or operations transformation.
• Experience in spend analysis, category planning, KPI definition, and dashboard development will be valued.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data processing, and report generation.
• Knowledge of purchasing systems and tools (SAP, Jaggaer, or similar environments).
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards, analysis, and data visualization.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to structure information and prepare clear, visual, executive-level presentations.
• Planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ease of working in a team and collaborating with different areas and profiles.
• Communication skills and the ability to present conclusions clearly and concisely.

We are looking for a person to join our Madrid office in a long-term temporary position within the Purchasing Planning and Processes Area. We are seeking a profile with an analytical vision, an orientation toward quality, and the ability to understand and improve Purchasing processes. You will have a key role in transforming data into valuable information for decision-making, the optimization of the area's tools and systems, and the continuous improvement of the Purchasing function.

We are looking for an analytical, organized person committed to continuous improvement, capable of combining knowledge of purchasing processes and tools with data analysis to generate useful information and support decision-making.

We expect you to have:

• Build and maintain periodic reports that facilitate monitoring of activity, key indicators, and objectives of the Purchasing Area.
• Prepare high-quality executive presentations, structuring information in a clear, visual, and decision-oriented manner.
• Collect, review, and consolidate information from various tools and systems used in Purchasing.
• Collaborate in planning initiatives, projects, and activities for the Purchasing Area.
• Analyze processes, data, and tools to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the purchasing function.
• Monitor indicators, milestones, and action plans, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of information.
• Collaborate in optimizing the use of Purchasing tools and systems, contributing to greater operational efficiency.
• Work in a coordinated manner with the different Purchasing teams and other internal stakeholders.
