The role

What you'll do

Analysis of the information received and management of requests/files opened by the different entities/clients
Collect information from the different tools and work sources with the aim of studying the data and performing the corresponding actions for their subsequent resolution based on the established parameters and banking regulations
Analysis, management, and resolution of incidents/cases received based on the corresponding procedure
Monitoring, management, and response to messages/queries from clients, offices, etc., received through the different applications

How you'll work

Schedule: M to Th: 08:00 to 17:15 – F: 08:00 to 15:00
Contract type: temporary
Modality: hybrid (50% teleworking)

Communication skills
Analytical capacity and understanding of information
Written communication skills, allowing them to draft and structure information in a clear, orderly, and understandable way.
