Requirements

What we're looking for

Education level: Intermediate Degree in Administration and Finance.
Previous experience required: 1 year.
High level of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), pivot tables, Drive, email, among others.
Extensive knowledge of SAP.

Personal skills

Initiative, planning and organization, problem-solving, analytical capacity, responsibility, and autonomy.
Ability to relate to others and to work in a team.
Adaptability
Creativity, proactivity, and prudence.

Nice to have

Valuable: English and French.

What you'll do

Manage and ensure the integration into Master Data of documentation linked to materials and producers, allowing for greater understanding and facilitating decision-making.
Efficiently administer contracts with those parties linked to the activity, as well as ensuring compliance with the agreements set forth therein.
Perform regular analyses to evaluate and optimize milk collection performance and propose solutions for identified areas for improvement.
Maintain communication with the services related to your area of operation, responding to their concerns and needs.
Supervise billing transactions both in account and in SAP, favoring the evaluation of operational performance and the agreements carried out.
Control management and reporting by supervising differences between payment/receipt.
